Today is Monday, and as you all know, Nintendo updates their list of WiiWare, DSiWare, and Virtual Console downloadable games every Monday! It's time once again for the Nintendo Download!

Nintendo updates every Monday at 12 PM Eastern US, 9 AM Pacific US.

Nintendo has three new DSiWare games, as well as one new WiiWare game. No new Virtual Console game this week!

Cosmos X2 (500 Points) Take control of the Cosmos X2 to defend your planet from an alien invasion. Battle your way to their home world to defeat their armada. Equip your ship with two weapons of your choice and switch between them at any time during battle. Be aware that your active weapon takes damage when your ship is damaged, but by defeating enemies you can regenerate energy in your inactive weapon. With six levels, three difficulty levels, and three bonus modes, find balance in your weapons to save the planet in Cosmos X2!

Music on: Learning Piano (200 Points) In this music-making game, an entire orchestra follows your performance in 15 classic masterpieces. Playing each day may improve your ability. Earn bronze, silver, and gold medals for each song as you complete each level. A simple music score is shown on the Top Screen and a keyboard is displayed on the Touch Screen, guiding beginners note by note on their first steps. Featuring works by famous composers like Bach and Strauss, you can be an accomplished pianist with Music on: Learning Piano!

myNotebook: Pearl (500 Points) With myNotebook, you can take notes on the go. Jot down your thoughts, create lists, play pen-and-paper games (games not included), and you can even customize your notebook by drawing on the cover and use 24 unlockable different paper types. Use the pen and pencil tools to write, and then erase the bits you don't like. Five ink colors means that your doodles will always be stylish. With 128 notebook pages, as well as the ability to import pages to the DSi Photo Album, Pearl is the perfect color for myNotebook!



Tales of Elastic Boy - Mission 1 (600 Points) In this unique game that takes full advantage of the Wii Remote, you'll embark on a quest to save your planet. Travel through many lands, defeat fearsome enemies, meet unexpected allies, and solve tricky puzzles. Play in the single-player mode, or grab some friends and play some funny games. Use your stretchy arms to swing and punch, roll as fast as possible or jump to defeat your enemies. Using a powerful physics engine, discover the Tales of Elasic Boy - Mission 1!

DSiWare takes the top spot yet again with four new games, while WiiWare dishes out only one game this week. Virtual Console returns this week, and it's an import!

Rytmik (800 Points) In this music-making application, you have at your disposal more than 170 sound samples of drums, cymbals, percussion, bass and melodic instruments. Rytmik allows for you to create the building block, the audio clip. The audio clip consists of notations for up to four instruments that you can transpose, select their location in the stereo field and modify their volume, polyphony and echo. You can combine up to 128 clips in four tracks of music to create complex musical pieces. Rytmik also features 16 pre-made compositions that can be used to quickly create your own pieces. G.G Series NINJA KARAKURIDEN (200 Points) In this action game, control a ninja as he hacks-and-slashes through a mansion packed with traps. When your ninja touches a platform, it will disappear and he will have to jump, making for unstable footing. However, as a ninja, your mind and your reflexes will be tested, as you master the art of the sword, shuriken, and the dash. Become a ninja with G.G Series NINJA KARAKURIDEN!

My Farm (200 Points) In this livestock farming simulator, you own an empty field, a hen, and a couple of pennies. Feed the hen and care for it, then when she lays eggs, you can take the eggs to sell and gain some more money for new animals and equipment. By building up your farm, you can receive unlockables such as a wind turbine and a guard dog. You can even exchange your animals with friends who play My Farm or My Exotic Farm. Featuring animal customization, farm improvements, and bonuses, you own the best farm with My Farm!

Absolute Reversi (200 Points) Absolute Reversi takes the classic strategy game and updates it with three modes of play. Free Mode lets you select one of eight characters with different abilities to play against. Challenge Mode features missions to complete to advance in the game. The third mode allows for you to play against a friend via DS Download Play. Featuring a strategy guide, ability levels, and an assist function which highlights all available moves per turn, become the Reversi champ with Absolute Reversi.



And Yet It Moves (1,000 Points) And Yet It Moves is a award-winning game that takes platforming to a whole new level. Players travel through 20 levels completely made of paper. With the ability to rotate and twist the world the ceilings and walls become the floors - but beware, some things can become a hazardous threat when turned upside-down. Simply move your Wii Remote to make your world go upside down. Explore beautiful and colorful environments full of strange creatures, traps and puzzles. Change the whole game by unlocking bonus levels, competitive play modes, and special modifications. Look at your world in a whole new way with And Yet It Moves.



UFOURIA: THE SAGA (600 Points) Join Bop Louie on a quest to find his three friends - Shades, Freeon Leon, and Gil - and to help complete his mad search. But the way to Ufouria is fraught with mind-melting mazes, treacherous traps, and weird pitfalls. Reliance on friends is critical to survival in this this changing world, and the right powers should help in the many odd worlds you'll encounter. Through forests, deserts and oceans, you'll need to find and destroy the monstrous creatures in your way. With mind-boggling colors and stupendous sound effects, use your powers at the right time in UFOURIA: THE SAGA.

In case you're not aware, Nintendo and Team Ninja, the minds behind the Ninja Gaiden series, teamed up for a Metroid game, dubbed "Metroid: Other M". The game is due to be released August 31 over here in the States.

To help promote the game, Nintendo released this beautiful live-action commercial, with Samus walking through different 'scenes' in her past, such as her first encounter with Ridley.


Remember, Metroid: Other M is out August 31st in the US, September 2nd in the Japan and Australian territories, and September 3rd for our European brothers (and sisters!).
