The Gaming Future

The system wars have pretty much slowly but surely became a part of our lives. Now another generation of gaming has interred the world. What will happen next? My prediction is this..... The Dreamcast is doing great right now. But, when the Playstation 2 comes out everyone will pretty much lose a lot of interest in the Dreamcast and like the Saturn, it may slowly fade away. Everyone will rush out and buy the PS2. I think the PS2 very well may be the best "selling" system ever made. I not sure about Dolphin though. The Dolphin could either be a bust, or a blast. I think it really depends on when it comes out. It cant come out to close to after PS2 comes out, because a lot of people wont buy both systems. On the other hand it can't come out to far away from the PS2 release, because they dont need the technology to get ahead of them. Like what is happening now for instance.
I also think they need to get Zelda Gaiden released as soon as they can. They really need to have a few other "million seller" games to come out before Dolphins release to keep people buying there products or they might lose interest in the Dolphin.
I would have to argue about Nintendo only going to release the 64DD in Japan. If they release it anywhere it should be in America. Nintendo sales in America are much more than they are in Japan. (Trust me I went to Japan last year.) Hardly anyone in Japan owns any new Nintendo products except for gameboy.
I can't say that I have agreed with a lot of the things Nintendo has done with the N64, But Nintendo is my favorite gaming company, and I will back them up with anything they choose to do.
