Mario's body shape though the years

Mario has undergone many changes over the years and I would like to comment on them. Starting off with SMB1. I particurly like Mario's body in this game. His body brings out that classic nintendo Mario. His head is almost perfectly shaped for his body. What about Luigi? His body is exactly the same as Mario's. All they did was change the pixels to change the color of his clothes.
In SMB2 there was a little problem. Mario's head was way to big for his body. How his head got so big in the second one is beyond me. Same thing with Luigi. He had a huge head also. SMB2 was my least favorite game of all the Mario's. I didn't like the way they moved and the way the charactors looked.
SMB3 was one of the best Mario games ever made in my opinion. Mario's body was just about the same in the first Mario. It apperars they made an attempt to change Luigi's body. The enemies and levels were amazing. I also liked the new ability of flying.
Switching to Super Nintendo, SMW was one of my favorites also. With this game there is not alot to comment about Mario's body. Mario's body looked pretty much the same. They didnt make that much of a change to his body. The bacrounds of the levels were alot better on Super Nintendo. I loved all the castles and fighting Bowser. The ending was pretty good too.
Finally Mario 64 there are big improvements. With N64's 64 bits Mario looked better than ever. His head was perfectly proportioned and Mario finally looked like a big fat spaghetti eating Italien. Even though Mario looked alot better in today's world I still tend to like the classic Mario. The Mario that we grew up with. The years have shown that Mario's body has gone through some big changes. Some good some bad. If you would like to add to this contact nintendoland. Thank - you Dan.
