My Life as a Gamer
By: Michael

I rember the good ol' days with 16-bit graphic games and Virtual Boy was still alive and well. At first I didn't even know video games exested until my cousin, Mary Louis, bought a SNES. Then I got my first consol , a NES (excuse my spelling please). My Dad got two from a friend and a bunch of games to sell in a flea market (I was around 3-5 when this happened). I beged my father not to sell them and keep it for ourselfs. He finally agreed.
I spent countless hours trying to beat the games Metal Gear, Super Mario Bros., Mega Man, Cristalis, and even more (again, excuse my spelling)! I had no idea what I ws doing most of the time but, every day I got further in the games, smarter, quicker, until I felt praticly unstoppable. From there I moved on to Game Boy. The first game I had bought for it is Dr. Mario. Thats all the games I can think of right now when I got it. I so-far have about 23 Game Boy Game Paks and a Game Boy Color. After that I owned a Sega Genisis and a Playstation but, that's not Nintendo realated.
In 1997 the most spectacular event happened: the realese of the Ninendo 64. Three monthes and sixteen days later I went out and got myself the brand-spankin'-new gaming consol along with Doom 64. I played and played and i still do. The graphics amaze me. The story lines leave me urging for more. The sleek controler is in my hand's as I pull off the most tight moves and codes on the planet. I feel the power and I love it. You can do anything in the gaming world you can't do in real life. Mabe I have too much time on my hands. Or maybe it's a little hobby. No. It's not. I'm a gamer and I'm proud of it! Possebly the BEST in my school. My name is Michael Age: 11. That's my world... Thank You.
