Good bye to The Grand Adventures
By: Jose

He walked through the halls of the once-great building for perhaps the last time for a long-time. He sighed, heaving his chest in and out. The fancy suit he wore wrinkled slightly with the movement. He was very young, fourteen, maybe fifteen, but his face carried a heavy burden.
"So," he spoke to himself, his voice echoing through the great halls, "The Grand Adventures is closing down."
The master of this place hadn't been gone long, but already the great pillars that held up the ceiling, the numerous paintings along the walls, some of them by him, and even the library, which held some of his own manuscripts, were being covered by a thin later of dust.
He closed his eyes as he walked, and deeply inhaled, letting the nostalgia hit him like a wave.
He remembered Yachiyo, Min, and the other great artists.
He remembered Topaz, Toasty, and the other writers who spent a lot of time in the numerous halls that were dedicated to the arts.

"Well," Jose said to himself, slipping on some sunglasses before he stepped out the ornately decorated door, "maybe- maybe there will be another web master."
As he walked, the paintings, the books, the rooms for conversation, The Grand Adventures themselves hoped he was right.
