Here is the real way the story of Zelda works

First, we must know that the story works from the last Zelda to the first one. In the beginning, Ganondorf arrived to Hyrule with is gerudo thieves and wanted the triforce, and you just have to continue with the rest of the zelda 64 story. Ganondorf was sealed inside the evil realm and Link was sent back to his time. So, many years later, Ganondorf escaped the evil realm and renamed himself Ganon. He got the triforce but this time all three of them. He wished to be powerful and you continue with the story of Zelda:Link to the past. Ganon was destroyed and Link wished the two worlds to become normal again. Then, happens zelda:Link's awakening. Many years later, Ganon came back from the dead and become a kind of zial (that's my theory). He gained the triforce but in the process one was lost (zelda 2) and then happen Zelda 1. Link destroyed Ganon (or wizrob if you prefer). And that's it.
