Wage war on your SNES! Although the game is in Japanese we've managed to figure out most of it. You start out on an island with a couple of cities and factories at your disposal. You can use the money you've got to recruit soldiers or build tanks, ships or sub-marines.     In order to gain more money (always good ^_^) you besiege the neutral or hostal cities and capture them. The more cities you control the more units you can produce. The aim of the game is to produce enough units to attack the enemies HQ on the other island below your own.   The red army (you) expanding!

The land based vehicles/soldiers: Everything from soldiers, rocket soldier, tanks to transport trucks. Play around in the water with huge warships, handy transport ships or sneaky submarines...
