Boo

Boos lives in castles and ghost -houses. They are incredible shy so look them in their eyes and they will blush and stop but as soon as you turn your back on them they starts to chase you. In SM64 they can be defeated by Butt-Bashing on them.
Block Boo
These Boos turn into blocks when they blush. These blocks can be used as handy (but very dangerous) blocks and can be used to reach otherwise impossible to reach places.

Buddies
These Boos always come in groups and they does´t blush when Mario looks at them as the normal Boos! Sometimes they circulate in big circular formations. Sometimes they bounce around in the rooms but they are as most lethal when they hides in huge numbers high up the ceiling of the ghost house and then in groups "dives" down after Mario.

The bigbrother boo! He fills up almost a half screen! Despite his size he is still as shy as the small Boos!

Boss
This Big Boo acts as Boss in the Secret Ghost House in Donut Plains (SMW) were he´s guarded by 2 small Boos. By throwing 3 blocks up on him he´s a goner. In SM64 he appears many times in the Haunted House and is defeated by hitting him 3 times from behind.
Fishing
Boo
This ghost rides in a little cloud and has a fishing rod with a blue ball of fire in the end of the rope.
Stretch
These ghosts lives in white blocks.
Eeries
These undead foes floats around aimlessly just like restless souls.
Bubble
Ghost
The gigantic green slimy bubbles bounces around in some of the ghost houses.
Haunted Books
These Books comes out of the bookcases in the Library in the Haunted House. They´ve got big teeth and a big jaw and bites after Mario like an wild animal. Oooh. scary.......
Book ends
When Mario explores the Library in the Haunted House these Book ends shoots out from the bookcases and flies across the screen.
