 Mario is a doctor trying to stop a big epidemic!


 
When Mario comes home from his last battle with Bowser in SMB3 he starts working on the Mushroom Kingdom hospital and helps them to stop some new super viruses from causing a big epidemic in the Mushroom Kingdom. He does that by dropping multicolored vitamins on the viruses. If he drops the right colored vitamins on the right viruses they disappear. Peach also makes an small appearance as a nurse, in this rather addictive NES puzzler. There are also a cartoon based on this game.
