Quick facts:
Mario and friends in a promising Tennis game.

It's time for Mario to make his Tennis debut on the N64. This time a whole bunch of friends have joined him: Yoshi, Peach, Daisy, Luigi, Toad, Donkey Kong, Bowser, Baby Mario (from Mario Golf), Wario and a completely new mischievous
villain named Waluigi; an evil version of Luigi.
With a 4 player option, fast intense gameplay, 16 playable characters (not all have been revealed yet), power-ups and fun sub games will assure that this will be a game for all Mario fans!
The fact that it is Camelot Software, the developer of Mario Golf, that is behind this game leaves you breathtaken.
As always when it is a Mario sports game it is the simple and arcade action that makes the game so good. No hyper realistic matches here. Instead you can look forward to imaginative special shots, sub games such as 'Ring Mode' where you must hit as many rings as possible with your tennis balls; 'Battle Mode' where you fight out on a floating platform in mid air. And throw in some ball spitting Piranha Plants to spice up the game. The Boos also make an appearance in this game.

Yoshi throws himself after the ball... Miss!

Peach serves!

Powerful shot or what?!

Birdo makes an appearance as a rock hard boss character.

Donkey Kong. Look our for his powerful swing, but his sluggish speed should give the faster characters such as Peach the upper hand.
