Mario and Luigi shuffles around piles of glass blocks to fit them in with the falling glass blocks that Yoshi drops on them. If you match for example two Goombas they will disappear. Quite simple really. If you put together two halves of a Yoshi egg a small Yoshi egg appears from the egg and disappears.
