Update problems
During the next 2-3 weeks updates here at N-Land will be sparse, if not non-existing. This is due to the fact that the webmaster (mattias) will be moving and won't have access to the site FTP or the site email for this peroid of time. In reality this means that you can't email us during this time neither can we do any of the regular updates. The Grand Adventures will still continue to update, though.
If you during this time, have any urgent issues that you need to take up with us, please feel free to use the Message Boards. We'll try and visit the NintendoLand Main forum at least once or twice every week. Write 'to Mattias' in the subject.
Server Change!
The site, as well as The Grand Adventures, is right now undergoing a server change. Therefore the various cgi functions like the deathmatches voting script might not work properly. Even the fanfiction might be down. We apologise and hope that these problems will be solved as soon as possible.

Pokemon Crystal shines on GBC
This latest development for Pokemon is going to have a few more surprises, including a new trainer. All in all, it is more or less another version of Pokemon Gold and Silver. The game is set to be released in North America at the end of July.

Peter Main retires
According to Nintendo, NOA (Nintendo of America) executive Peter Main will be retiring next January. Peter MacDougall, the president of Nintendo of Canada, will replace Peter Main as the new executive vice president of sales and marketing for NOA.

June Top Sellers List
The best selling games in June included the Nintendo familiar of The Legend of Zelda, Tony Hawk, and Pokemon. F-Zero and Castlevania also made it to the top of the heap. Of course, the list would not be complete without Mario.

Metroid Prime's Problems??
Some troubling news has struck the world of Metroid. Rumors (let's call them that for now) regarding the new Metroid game for GameCube, Metroid Prime, indicate that the game may not be worth all of the anticipation. A running version was described "as having a build that sucked." Another description labeled the game as having "uninspired shooting." Hopefully, that will not be the case. NBA Courtside 2002 Preview
The 2002 version of NBA courtside will be featured on GameCube. Besides much sharper graphics, the game also boasts better maneuvers that are momentum-based, including cross-dribbling. That is obviously a good thing; better play control means better dunks!

The Grand Adventures is growing with each day!
Ever since the new staff took over at TGA this Zelda site has grown a lot and is today a site full of life. Here are some words from the webmaster:

This is because our mailbox has been flooded by emails sent by a new nasty virus that takes the infected person's Word files and sends them as attachments to people in that that person's adress book.

The Grand Adventures has changed webmaster!
We're proud to announce that The Grand Adventures has got a new webmaster. Actually this happened a while ago and the site has now undergone a very postive change. The new webmasters Daniel Rendleman (Pigeon5) and The Missing Link, have done a great job so far and expect nothing less in the future! ^_^

Game Cube Delayed
The Gamecube system will be delayed until September 14 in Japan, and it will not be released until mid-November in North America. The European date is expected to be on schedule for spring 2002. The reason for the delay is due to the market value of some of the system's components.

Gamecube release listed update
