REVIEW: Chase H.Q. 199? Game Boy

All I really have to say is, THIS GAME SUCKS!!!!! Really, it does. In Chase H.Q. the object is to chase down the criminal, in your cheesy little slow ass car dodging " Sunday drivers" which become incredibly annoying. The levels last like 20 MIN!!!! So all your really doing is pressing left of right for 20 min. The only challenging thing is to turn. The car slides out of the turn and nails Light posts, cacti, rocks, and a bunch of other annoying things. The only fun thing is when you get to the guy, criminal, whatever. You have to then ram into his car until his life is depleted. It takes away more life if you hit him on his side. But while your doing that those cheesy "Sunday drivers" are coming after you at FULL SPEED, so it's Lind of fun chasing the guy while dodging people who got there license from a prize out of a CEREAL BOX!!! But even that is not that challenging. The only thing challenging in this game is to actually sit there for 20 min a level pressing left and right. I've never beat it because I have better things to do but I did get to level 10 and there was still more levels so that means it takes more then 2 hours to beat the game.

Now the sound, just thinking about it makes me shiver. The sound is so crappy, you hear the same 5 notes through out the game and it NEVER stops. It's like DO DO DADA DO DO DO DADA DO DO DO DADA DO oh sorry.. The song literally turns you into a zombie; you say it over and over again. It makes you want to shoot your self.

The graphics are equally as crappy. You're a little black car and there are little white cars you dodge. Oh ya there is the odd object on the side of the road like a rock or something. The only "graphical" thing is the dashboard on the top of the screen witch displays your speed, nitros, etc. Other then that the graphics suck.

Now all I have left to say is, DON'T BUY THIS GAME!!!! It is worst $20 I've spent. Oh ya and I'm selling it so if any of you fell that you need to waste $20 bucks e-mail me : ) - Matthew Persram 30%
