ScreenshotA long time ago the Great War of Mana was fought and the gods made the whole world fall into ruins and Mana disappeared. Now the world has recovered and the War of Mana has been long forgotten and is no more of a fairytale than a fact. There are five six seven Mana seeds around the world in special palaces that protects the world against all evil. But on day the hero of the game is out walking and then sees a strange looking sword sticking up from a stone in a swamp nearby your home village. Curios as all children are he pulls it out of the stone. But the sword that he pulled out of the stone was no ordinary sword it was the legendary Mana Sword that was used long ago in the War of Mana and now that he has pulled it out he have broken the seal and created chaos around the world. good job mate! Now he have to find all the 8 Mana seeds and bring them to the huge tree called the Mana tree to restore the seal.

ScreenshotLater in your adventure you meet two other heroes that joins up with you. A dwarf with a big personality and a weird healer. This is really a great game, some people even say that it´s greater than Zelda 3! In Secret of Mana you can play 3 at once then you control one hero each otherwise the computer takes control over the two other. This is no small adventure it´s pretty huge. for a normal player it takes around 70 hours to complete! If you get Secret of Man you will get a great game that last long and are really fun to play. Secret of Mana is a bit like Zelda 3 but Secret of Mana is a little more like a RPG with HP and MP and stuff. You do not however have a "FF like" textbased fighting system, here everything is in realtime like in Zelda 3. One other difference is that Secret of Mana is more focused on magics and spells than Zelda 3. If like adventure games then get Zelda 3 but if you already own Zelda 3 then get Secret of Mana! - Mattias Liedholm 93%
