Heart Piece Locations

There are 36 Heart Pieces that are possible to get in Zelda TOoT. Some you can get as young Link, some as Adult Link, and some as both.

1.(Lon Lon Ranch) YL: Walks into Lon lon and go to the far side of the ranch. Go into the large grey building and push the crates around, then crawl through the hole and recive your HCP!

2.(Dodongo's Cavern)BL or YL: There are two ways to get this HCP. You can plant a Bean at the mouth of it when you’re a child and then come back as an adult to float up to it. Or, as a child, walk up to where you throw the Bomb Flower off. Throw the bomb somewhere and stand with your back to the small fence. Z-Target and Backflip off and you should land on the ledge.

3.(Hyrule Field) On the path to Hylia Lake, jump over a fence and you should be in a square box of fences. Lay a bomb and jump down the hole. Talk to the Scrub and buy your HCP for 10 Rupees!

4.(Hyrule Field)AL: Go north of Lon Lon Ranch. There is something about a tree there, so bomb it and jump down the hole and get your HCP.

5.(Kakariko Village)AL or YL: While adult Link, hookshot around on the roofs until you get on the Chicken Lady's home. Jump onto the little ledge and go through the hole and recive your HCP next to the cow! Or climb to the top of Death Mountain, get a ride from the Owl and you'll land on the Chicken Lady's house. Jump onto the ledge and go through the hole and get the HCP.

6.(Kakariko Village)AL: With your Longshot, fly around on the houses till you make it to the guy sitting on a roof. He will give you a HCP.

7.(Graveyard)YL: In the day, watch the little kid. Where ever he stops and shakes his stick, remember that spot. Come back when Dampes out, and make him dog where the kid stopped. One of them will be a HCP.

8.(Windmill)AL: Once finishing the race with Dampe's Spirit, play the Song of Time and climb up to the windmill. Jump around on the turning wood until you jump to the HCP.

9.(Graveyard)AL: Beat Dampe's Spirit in under 1:00 and win a HCP.

10.(Graveyard)AL or BL: While adult Link, jump onto the grave to the right of Dampe's Grave. Aim your Hookshot on the wood of the crate on the ledge and roll into it. Or plant a bean under the ledge as a child and return as an adult to float up to the Crate.

11.(Skulltulla House): Get 50 Gold Tokens and claim a HCP as your prize.

12.(Graveyard): While walking around the graveyard, you'll see something different about a grave. Pull it back, drop down and play the Sun's Song to recive a HCP.

13.*(Zora's River)YL: Play the Song of Storms for the frogs and they will give you a HCP.

14.*(Zora's River)YL: Continue to play for the frogs and they will eventually give you a HCP.

15.(Zora's River)YL: Take the cucco from the start and take it up to the ledge and jump. Throw the cucco when you close to the HCP and get it!

16.(Zora's River)YL: Continue with the cucco until you're at the water fall. Jump across towards the HCP and claim it.

17.(Market)YL: Beat the Treasure Chest game and get a HCP at the end. (Use the Lens of Truth to see which boxes have keys)

18.(Market)YL: Play the Bombchu Game until it’s a HCP.

19.(Market)YL: At night, walk to the bazzar and find the white dog. It will follow you. Walk across into the alleys and go in one of the houses. A woman will give you a HCP for her dog. (Little Richard)

20.(Lost Woods)YL: Go left from the entrance and jump on the tree stump. Play Saria's Song for the Skull Kid and get a HCP in return.

21.(Lost Woods)YL: Go even farther in the Woods and find the two Skull Kids. Follow with their songs and get a HCP!

22.(Zora's Domain)YL: Light all the torches that you can see and run behind the big waterfall. Light the two torches there and open the chest for a HCP.

23.(Zora's Domain)AL: When in Zora's Fountain, jump from block to block until you get the HCP.

24.(Ice Cavern)AL: When you come across a HCP with Red Ice around it melt it and get the HCP.

25.(Zora's Fountain)AL: With the Iron Boots and the Zora Tunic, sink to the bottom and walk around till you find the HCP.

26.(Death Mt. Crater)BL:Use the Boloero of Fire to get into the crater as a child, plant a bean, and return as an adult to fly up to a HCP

27.(Death Mt Crater)AL: Continue riding the bean till you get to the wall that you can climb. Climb down until yur in the hole and grab the HCP.

28.(Goron City)YL: Light all the torches and the big urn thing will spin. Throw a bomb into it an hopefully it will be a HCP!

29.(Lake Hylia)YL: Catch a 10 pound fish and get a HCP as your prize

30.(Lake Hylia): After getting the Gold Scale, swim to the bottom of the pool in the Lake Hylia Lab. Then talk to the old dude and he will give you a HCP.

31.(Lake Hylia)BL: Plant a bean in the soil by the Lab. Return as an adult to float up onto the roof of the Lab and then climb up the ladder to an awaiting HCP.

32.(Gerudo Valley): While on the first side of the Valley, grab the cucco and float towards the Waterfall. Move over a little and land on the ground beside the Fall. Climb up the ladder behind the Waterfall to a HCP.

33.(Gerudo Valley)YL: Grab the cucco and fly down to where you see a crate. Roll and smash the crate for a HCP.

34.(Gerudo Fortress)AL: While exploring the Fortress, look for the bare chest that you can Hookshot. Hookshot it and open it to get a HCP!

35.(Gerudo Archery Game)AL: Score 1000 points on Epona and get a HCP as your prize.

36.(Spirit Temple Entrance)BL: Plant a bean left of the entrance to the Temple and return as an adult to fly up to your HCP.
