The Wind Waker

Heart-Pieces Guide:

The Wind Waker quite possiblyboasts having the most heart-pieces in any of the Zelda games. As such you may find yourself finding Heart Pieces left and right as you play. However, eventually you will come to the point where finding them is a bit harder. There are 44 Heart-Pieces all together, which means 11 Heart Containers when you're done. While you could spend hours looking for them all, you could alternatively sneak a peek at the list we compiled for you.
  1. Found in a chest in Forsaken Fortress.
  2. First prize in the Battleship mini game.
  3. The Rito Chieftan gives it to you in a letter after you help Komali.
  4. At Headstone Island, on the highest peak. You need to guide a seagull (using a Hyoi Pear).
  5. First prize in the Cannon mini game.
  6. Baito's mother gives it to you in a letter after completeing the Mail Sorting mini-game.
  7. Hoskit's girlfriend gives it to you in a letter after you give Hoskit 20 golden feathers.
  8. First prize in the Bird-Man contest.
  9. Found in a secret cavern on Pawprint Island, after climbing in the dome.
  10. At Needle Rock Isle, you can get it by guiding a seagull to hit switches (using a Hyoi Pear).

  22. At Angular Isles, at the top of the moveable blocks on the larger island.
  23. Found in the submarine near Six-Eye Reef.
  24. Found in the submarine near Five-Star Isles.
  25. Found after defeating the Big Octo near Seven-Star Isles.
  26. Found after defeating the Big Octo near Tingle Island.
  27. At Stone Watcher's Island, destroy the cannons on the Pirate Platforms.
  28. At Star Island, bomb the western boulder to enter the secret cavern.
  29. Sold at Beedle's Secret Shop for 950 Rupees. (Requires Beedle's Chart and Rupee Purse Upgrade).
  30. At Rock Sprite Isle, get it from the ring of light nearby two Cannon boats found in the quadrant (Bomb the boats first).
  31. In a secret cavern at Bomb Island, under the boulder at the top of the island.
  32. Obtained by completing the Withered Deku Tree sidequest. The last korok you help will give it to you.
  33. Get it at the night auction at Windfall Island.
  34. Maggie gives it to you after giving her Moe's letter.
  35. Get it by completing the Trading Quest (after you giving the wandering Goron the Shop Guru statue at Greatfish Isle).
  36. Find all four Killer Bees in Hide-and-Seek.
  37. Get it for helping Anton and Linda go on a date. (Deluxe Pictograph needed).
  38. Sam gives it to you after you decorate the whole town with Trading Quest items from Zunari's stall.
  39. Kreeb gives it to you after the windmill is working and lighthouse is glowing.
  40. In a invisible chest sitting on a small island next to Windfall Island, the lighthouse must be working to reveal it.
  41. From the Dark Gray Soil on Outset Island, use the giant gray pig to dig it up (using All-Purpose Bait).
  42. At Greatfish Isle, in a shallow cave that requires the Deku Leaf to reach.
  43. In the 50th floor of the Savage Labyrinth at Outset Island. Be prepared to come with a lot of your equipment.
  44. Earn Master Rank by hitting Orca 300 times in training.
