From Spaceworld 2000 to E³ 2004 The project that made Zelda fans drool has returned...
Spaceworld 2001 was a big let down for many Nintendo fans when the Zelda that was Spaceworld 2000 was replaced with the cel-shaded form that we now see in The Wind Waker. Many rumours have come and gone about the next Zelda, of how it would also be cel-shaded as it would make sense for it to use the same graphical engine as the most recent Gamecube appearance of Link. Because of that, many forgot about Spaceworld 2000's battle between Link and Ganondorf; Nintendo didn't. Link will come in 2005 back in his Soul Calibur II-like appearance, only he actually appears to be rendered even more enhanced than the SCII model. And we have screenshots straight from Nintendo of America itself of the beauty that is waiting for us next year.
