Meh, still sick. No story update today. However, I do what to let you know about this great opportunity called "The Walk of the Game". It's a lot like the Walk of Fame in Hollywood, but rather with video game stars. It's a real thing, apparently, hosted within the walls of Sony's Metreon building in San Francisco, California. They are soliciting fan input for which games, characters, and game gurus should be added to the Walk, so please, go vote if you want to affect video game history! Also, Dark Link found an error in the second chapter of Eloze. I personally have no idea what was changed, so you might reread it if you've gotten that far!

Well, the updates this week are coming out of order. I feel sick midweek which caused me to go into hiding most of Wednesday and Thursday. When I finally decided I could do computer work, my literary ability just wasn't there. So instead, I chose something more simple: remodeling the site for the secret surprise. As such, instead of Chapter 30 (which I'm hoping to finish during the day today, don't you worry), I bring you the secret I've been lauding you with for what seems like months now.
As you may notice, the link to The Book of Mudora at left is very much missing. (For those of you panicing, note that I've already told you about Chapter 30 coming tomorrow.) In its place, you'll see a link to The Library. Within the sacred halls of the library, you will find The Book of Mudora still there, but also you will find the secret surprise. Dark Link has allowed me to publish her work Eloze on The Grand Adventures. Some of the long-time Zelda community members may remember it; many of you probably have not heard of it. Eloze is a Zelda fan-novel (since I've coined the term, I might as well use it) that goes very far back in the community. It logically takes place after all of the games in the series, functioning as a conclusion to the series, if you will. There's quite a history behind it, and there's a lot more than what I've posted today. This is something that you will only find at TGA, so I hope you all will read it with the same fervor as you have The Book of Mudora, and I still hope, of course, that you continue reading my fan-novel as well. Enjoy!

Where has TML gone? Buried beneath the piles of homework is where you might find him. Yes, I've finally reached the halfway point in the quarter, and already I'm feeling absolutely swamped. I actually have a midterm tomorrow to boot, so between studying, homework, classes, and working 40 hours a week... how I find time to manage a social life is beyond me. Actually, the answer is that I don't get things I enjoy doing done, like... say... writing The Book of Mudora... or getting the surprise project I have in store for you done . Yeah, such is life. For those of you who still visit, you don't know how thankful I am to know that you're willing to deal with my... lack of time... and motivation sometimes!
You will be happy to know I'm currently working on Chapter 30, and it will be up this week no matter what. I've missed writing, and so I'm going to plug through it. I'm also intent on getting the special project up on the site sometime this week as well, though I don't know if it'll be the same day as the new chapter or not. We'll see. In the meantime, however, I present to you a new splash page from our artist, Some Girl. Yes, it's October, and you know what that means. It's the month of Halloween, at least for most of us North Americans, and so what better way to celebrate than by Link and Zelda dressing up as Harry and Hermione from Harry Potter, one of my favourite series of books? Some Girl and I hope you enjoy the picture, and if you do, it's posted up in the Art Gallery. That's all for now, and hopefully I'll be back later this week with tons more stuff for you!
